Democrats have tried to fix the election of systems in the states. They did not get it through because the republicans saido don't mess with the states. Now they're telling us that the current election was definitely good. So were they proposing to waste the 700 million dollars? Because apparently we can tell if an election was good just by looking at it. And so clearly broken that you would put 700 million dollars toward fixing it.
