Leprosy Sufferers - A Religious Community
Hospitals are almost always on the outskirts of towns. This is, we believe, a religious community. And it may fit in very well with this idea that leprosy sufferers were seen as religious. In fact, leprosy was possibly a, i wouldn't go so far as saying these war e elect thedes thes were saints,. But i id say that le Prose perhaps was seen as a a religious vocation, in a sense. We can begin to challenge these myths that these poor, unfortunate individuals were outcasts and mistreated.
