Jem al, the man accused of strangling his wife to death, is still married with a family. He told police that he was so enraged by the whole thing that he just couldn't control himself. An elderly neighbor saw the flames and gave jamal an earful about fire safety. But despite all that, it doesn't seem like that person had any idea what was really going on.
