The Deeds of Herrywood

Sources we have for herywood are a little bit tricky, so we're probably leaning quite hard into some suppositions in his story here. But he does appear in several sources. He's in the anglo saxon chronicle. He appears in the liber eliensis, which is an account of the isle of ely - central to herrywood's story. And he also gets his own biography, called the jester heriwade, the the deeds of herrywood.
