Donald Trump's Evolution on the Issue of Abortion

Former President Bill Clinton said in 1999 that he was pro-choice. Donald Trump has since flip-flopped on the issue so dramatically, it stunned some anti-abortion advocates. He now says there should be punishment for abortion but waffled last week when asked where he stands on a national ban on abortion.
