How to Talk to a Provider About Birth Plans

There are benefits and risks to taking a test or not. It just comes down to how like what happens if I refuse testing, you know, and how do they feel about that? It's the same with your birth plan items. These are things like if I choose no IV or I don't want the I want intermittent monitoring. What's the reaction back from the provider?
