The Importance of Process Skills in Business

MBA was a real turning point in my career because then I went into an executive MBA program and focused on what marketing people do and how they think. There is a later device that I looked at as a consultant for a large pharma company who also owned a device business that was using micro developing machine technology. That one still stuck with me because I think it had a lot of promise and to some extent my assessment of it probably contributed to the plug being pulled, yet I think the technology is still out there waiting to be deployed against the right market.
