I Don't Understand This.
The case was closed for seven years, until a new district attorney named john david is elected. He announces that he has reopened the case and brought in five retired fbi agents to conduct a review. After an extensive review process, even the investigators can't agree on what happened. But ultimately, he says he's convinced that ruling her death as suicide is not the way to go. And so the case will stay open for as long as it needs to.
