The Asian American community is a community of waves of immigration, and depending on when you came, your politics are different. To be an immigrant in the U.S., especially like a minority immigrant, is a constant struggle to even survive in this country. I think these are the things that also stuck out in your book too, is just, you know, reads personal struggle with knowing that he came from a privileged upbringing,.
