How Do You Bridge the Gap as You Need More Management?
The 12 additional people that you've hired, they're not all just frontline bookkeepers. There's kind of a management layer, at least a few of the folks are. So we've created more non sort of revenue service delivery time inside of the business without necessarily hiring new people in those seats. I think that's an interesting like org structure thing, which is, hey, it's very obvious to me what the leadership structure needs to look like at 60 people. But when you're at 18, if you go hire those three or four people, they might be bored if you hire them all at 20 people. so how do you kind of bridge the gap?
