The Transition to a Quasi-Civil Government
Mimar began to transition into democracy, or at least the mermar version of racy. The constitution was really written during a dictatorship and designed by an institution that wanted to figure out how to maintain its power. And so we transitiond into this quasi civilian government. But because of the way the constitution was britain, especially the fact that the military itself is guaranteed 25 % representation in parliament, which means they can prevent any sort of vetos.
