Ron DeSantis - Is He a War Criminal?

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis seems to be modifying his stance on the war in Ukraine. Two weeks ago he referred to Russia's invasion as a quote territorial dispute and said the US should not get more involved. Now though, in an interview with Pierce Morgan, Governor DeSantis is calling Vladimir Putin a war criminal.
