On todays episode I have tendon expert Jake Tuura. He takes me through his protocol for addressing knee pain and developing healthier tendons. He coaches me through his assessment with clients, warm ups with different variations for available equipment, isometric variations of the knee and calf and incorporating strength training to load those tissues through a range of motion specific to each joint.
