It's very hard to create something like common frameworks, to have spaces where people across these different country and institute institutional space. What if you had a genuine left government in the us? What should its response be to a russian imperial invasion? That you don't have any of that infa structure, and all you have in ead, i sort of individuals that don't represent underlying social basis. And that produces a real fructure and fracture and discord which feeds into the idea that the national security states approach es the only relevant approach.
