Don't spend your life trying to win the approval from someone that's never going to give you their approval. Be secure in who god made you to be before you were born. Other people may have suggestions, they may have ideas, but bottom line is god speaks directly to you. The holy spirit lives on the inside of you. God will fight your battles. God will get you to where you're supposed to be.
