How Do I Buy a $900,000 Property?
When we're looking at a price of a property, a couple of things come to mind. First of all, how much will the banks lend us? What is our mindset and our risk profile around how much we'd like to spend? How much deposit have we got? And are we using cash or equity for that? Then based on our overall strategy of cash flow, what do we need to spend to get the required yield? i.e. if we go and spend 900,000 and we're looking for a 7% gross yield,.
