The Trusted Flaggers
The idea in the code of conduct is that they would act within 24 hours. The 24 hours peace is not mandatory, but recommended. According to what ihave heard, this was a peace being negotiated until the last minute. In individual countries, individual governments will approve trusted flaggers. And you now, i think, from a platform perspective, especially for smaller platforms, and just the idea of having the relationships with trusted flaggers in all these different countries might be a little daunting.
