The Importance of Scientific Humility
The clinical trials that gave us full fear knocks and gems are to be nap, pack, attack. As marginal as those therapies might be, they're the best. They represent dozens of other therapy or compounds that some teams of investigators also strongly believed in. I'm just very cautious about the idea that we can know so much about biology and that tumor shrinkage,. We can be so convinced that we can just skip the evidence pyramid and start giving treatments to patients.
