i still think that, you know, the state should seize their fortune and they should be banished from public life. The reason why there is maxcidy industrialization in certain places in the country is because the companies that have traditionally employed people there are searching for new places to find cheaper labour. At the same time, as ariela said, you have companies that are actually seeking to prey on and exploit those same communities by pumping them full of drugs which will fill the hole in their lives.
