What's the Limitation of the 230 Liability Shield?
It's going to be a tricky one if Congress tries to draft statutory language. I frankly don't really know how you draw that division in practice, especially just because there's so much content in the world and on the internet. That doesn't mean that on the far extreme, there aren't circumstances in which some level of algorithmic amplification could be not covered by 230. It's actually really difficult to figure out what is okay and what is not, right?
