The U.S. Will Stand With Ukraine, as Long as It Takes

President Biden hosted Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky at the White House today. The president said the U.S. would provide nearly $2 billion worth of sophisticated lethal weapons to Ukraine, including Patriot's surface-to-air missiles capable of shooting down Russian aircraft and ballistic missiles. Zelensky will address a joint meeting of Congress this evening to convince skeptical members that more aid is needed for Ukraine to hold off the Russians.
