There are only five children who went missing between 1997, when Ques was first on his own at 19 years old and the autumn of 2001. Rolando Salas-Husino, a four-year-old boy who disappeared from Toa Alto Puerto Rico in 1999 would be impossible for him to have abducted. Stephen Earlcraft Jr., 12, vanished nine months before Sarah was born - he could also not have been involved with that case. And then there's Shana Ashley Kirkpatrick, a one-year-Old girl who disappeared from Portland, Oregon on April 4th of 2001.
