Unmanned Systems Are Going to Play a Large Role in the Future
There's no question in my mind that unmanned systems are going to play a large role in the future. This is such a huge set of issues about what is possible, what is effective and what is ethical. And i think there are real opportunities for unmanned systems to coerce without the use of force. You can send unmanned systems and not risk people. It's a less esculatory way of dealing with conflict.
