Intra Operative Fumor Fractures

The incidence of intra operative fumer fractures in primary total hyppotroplaste is point one to five per cent. The incidence of intraoperative fumer fracture in revision, total, hyppothroplast is three to 21 percent. Proximate fractures may also occur during implant insertion from dimension mis match. Middle region fractures usually occur when excessive force is used during surgical exposure or bone preparation.
