I had a bad experience with with the teacher in grade school. And so I didn't like, it just like destroyed my confidence because what had happened was that she had like, "This is what a stupid kid looks like" My dad and my stepmom were very supportive of me growing up. But when I fell into depression, towards the end of high school, then they weren't as supportive of me. Like they said, you've seen too many therapists and I knew I needed help with something. And so that's when I turned to feminism,. When I went to college the next year, Feminism was kind of what was available to me was, was the ideology.
