The Night Symptoms and Treatments
On physical exam, inspection and palpation may reveal interosseous and first web space atrophy. Night symptoms are caused by sleeping with the arm inflection. Treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome can be non-operative or operative. Non-operative management is effective in approximately 50% of cases.
