Gloria Borger: We've seen kind of a shift in energy over the last, I don't know, six months a year or so away from legislation around Section 230. She says some of that maybe because everybody was kind of waiting for the court to roll in Gonzales and so they didn't want to put the cart before the horse. Borger: But with TikTok taking over as kind of the big villain, whether that means that the legislative energy will be directed that way?
