The Liberal Comeback Is Not the First Amendment Issue
The first amendment protects americans even in privately owned public forms. The danger lies in the statutory protection for massife companies that are akin to common carriers and function as public forms. You can't empower parts of the united states code section two 30 to allow private companies to do what you can't do yourself, censor political voices. Not going to work. I'll get to the second part of this to morrow.
