Is There a Code for Debt Collection?
There is a code that debt collectors have to follow when they can contact you. Some of the less experienced debt collectors, or you might call them the cowboy outfits, will overstep those guidelines. We don't touch debts between individuals but if it's a junior company and an individual, companies in the lending space can be part of the financial complaints process so we can make official complaints.
