Is a Depreciation Schedule a Good Investment?

Next question comes from winsome nory. He asks, when do you get a depreciation schedule made? Is it when you first build a new house, or 12 months later to turn it into an investment property? A so i think generally speaking, if its owner occupied, we don't need one.
