How to Create Safe Pathways to Communication

As leaders, you need to develop safe pathways of communication. Your people must develop an approach to speak to one another that creates safety and openness. Destructive interactions will not grow the team dynamic. It's very important that people are in their rolls and that the team knows those areas and scopes each person is covering. Without fear of stepping on each other's toes, be nimble and take care of things as needed. We never want a hair oh so gone and so I have no idea how to do this. You're going to have to wait until they get back until they say 'I've got it under control'
