I always loved, when I was a young girl or an adolescent, I really loved those films from the 40s, 30s and 40s. They were fast talking women in smart suits. And I feel like they were more smart. It feels like we are not even yet back to now the richness of the palette of heroines we were offered in the 1930s and40s.
