The S&P 500 continues to press in higher highs, but the breadth of the market remains incredibly narrow. Only 48% of stocks are trading above their 50-day moving averages for the New York Stock Exchange. What's your feeling about the chances of the market broadening out and actually rallying across the board? "It's such a bizarro world, isn't it?" he says.
