The Prisoner's Dilemma
When one business opens up, the health department comes after em. What's the health department going to do? They have like four inspectors. One guy doesn't trust the other guy is going to do it. So thatt reminds me of a situation i had in high school. If there's some high school walk out, eventually people are going to walk out when they figure out, i can trust this gy and they'll do it. Call the prisoners dilemma.
