Do You Have Jurisdiction on the Highway Patrol?
I challenge their authority there with mixed results. The result that I have almost is uniformly is if they are outside of their jurisdiction and they're not pursuing you. And I think you would succeed on the challenge to their jurisdiction at that point because I don't think they have jurisdiction. It's a good rule of thumb with many exceptions. Go within seven miles of the speed limit. And this question won't matter. But, you know, sometimes you need to go downhill.
