The leg extension is the one where you sit down and kick your knee out, like this. You can do two or three sets, eight to ten raps really slowly. After you go a few times, i want you to keep the same weight on it. I'm assuming hammer strength, but i could be wrong. Probably not because, ay, they make for company.
