How to Make a Good Video

I'd say it's about 50-50. So I reach out to people, ask for permission and sometimes they want cash. Sometimes they just care about credit. It just depends on how good the video is. But what I care about more than anything is quality. So I don't mind paying the heavy prices as long as a good video.
