The Supreme Court's Decision in Tamna
The court found in Tamna that Tamna had failed to state a claim under the Anti-terrorism Act and JASTA. And then that essentially helped them dispatch with Gonzalez, because if there was no claim under the ATA, JASTA, and Tamna, that meant that there was not a claim to be madeunder the ATA or JASTA as well. So the court simply vacated the Ninth Circuit's judgment and remanded it to that circuit, which will presumably dismiss it.
