Do You Have What You Need to Survive?
Most companies, construction nies, are past, they pay past that. There's very few construction companies operating a minimum wage. Most of em pay a shipload of money. Look at a great company that does this, is c w matthews. They have a full time high school recruiter. And oh, they only do public work. They only do highway work. Yeh. That's amazing. No, they do d o t work in the state of georgia. That's pretty incredible. You can do it on scale. You just have to invest in it.
