The Importance of Staying in Your Lane

Hannah: I love what you guys are doing and I think it is so important because we're seeing this growth of these niches in our space again not everybody should attempt to say we do everything. Hannah: One one thing that we have not discussed before you wrap things up is is the talent and the talent crisis right? Hannah: We are working in an environment there's a neighborhood shortage with this also more importantly a talent shortage. If there's one thing that I'm proud of it's the stuff that we have right that that takes these very complex supply chain problems and they are very complex these days and translates them into something that we can execute on, she says.
