Court Packing Is Not New, but It's Legal

Court packing failed in the thirties and hasn't been raised for more than a hundred years. It's an unambiguously legal right, because congress has the power to regulate. But i would say that of all the possible remedies court packing is the most able to congress to get done without fear of being blocked by the supreme court itself.
