ZHDO Collapsed Due to a Paperwork Issue
The ZSDO collapsed due to paperwork issue. It sounds like more information is coming out about that. I've got an update on that. The reports in France have been claiming that they sent through the wrong documentation three times. There also have been a suggestion that people took their eye off the ball because they were completing the Fernandez deal. What they tell me is that basically the loan agreement document was drawn up by Chelsea in plenty of times the deadline. They felt that that was that then. Shortly before 11pm, they suddenly got a panic communication from PSG saying that they hadn't received the document.
