Are We Afraid of Artificial Intelligence?

We haven't tapped into what AI can really, really do. So even if we're looking at the current state of artificial intelligence, there is a lot of valid reason for a concern. Russia has been aggressively investing in military robotics and unmanned systems. They've been heavily involved in unmanned vehicles. We're seeing AI being applied to all this non-military stuff that is also providing strategic advantage.
