Is There Any Conclusive Evidence That Russia Was Behind the Explosions?
The geostrategic logic of Russia's involvement remains strong, but they've covered their tracks. The other is actually there's evidence that they weren't involved or that this was not a Russian operation. There were some officials that we talked to whoever who said that they doubted that the Kremlin was responsible. But I don't want to say that there is also some kind of conclusive file sitting around about who people think the culprit really is.
