Emily's Career as an Actress
Emily had a very strong voice, but her us p was she could really convey emotion in her singing. She would get on stage and quite often patriotic songs about the crimean war amd. It wasn't until about five, six years later that she actually got a chance to act. Her first role as an actress was as captain mcheath in the beggar's opera.
