This year has been a very challenging market environment. We've had geopolitical issues, the highest level of inflation that we have seen in the US in 40 years and still supply chain issues due to COVID-19. But our business continues to do well. And I think over the long run, that's what really matters. If you can execute and attract clients and keep clients in a year like this, you're doing great.
