How to Target a Small Landlord With Two to 50 Units

The YARDI system is designed for landlords with two to 50 units. It has a larger onboarding process and all of the rest, but it's also extremely capable. Our target customer is largely self-managing; they're not using professional property managers. We are serving one or a very small group of people who are doing cash-based accounting as opposed to a large institution that does accrual-based accounting.
