Katie, to Admit Protecting Children Is Important.
You're anticipating the hit. But you can't anticipate it if you don't have the future of when he hit you prior to that. So did you actually feel it or was that so ego driven? I don't remember the belt. I remember feeling terror. You're the litmus test. No one else in the world, just you. This is not something someone can teach you. And you have the gift of open-mindedness. That's the gift of trauma. To admit protecting children is important. For people to admit, for Katie to admit protecting children are important. Especially me.
