The British Use Concentration Camps
There is no doubt that a many more boers died in concentration camps than died in the field of battle. A, as i said, something like 28 to 30 thousand boor women and children died in these camps. And we now know that around 20 thousand black supporters and auxiliaries the boer died themselves in separate camps. So there's no question that these concentration camps existed, that they were brutal, and that they, frankly, played a very significant role in the end, in defeating the boers.
