The Culture of Slack

I think people have not yet fully understood what the potential of Slack is and how you think about it from a platform versus maybe a peer application standpoint. By the time we started work on Slack that was again early 2013, all of the four co-founders had worked together for at least 10 years. So there's a very, very high degree of trust and understanding of people's capabilities and knowing how to work with these people That was the core of the team.
